today I came across this card striking my eye – immediately it reminded my to the advertisement of your clinic for dental aesthetics and implantology – that's why I want to thank you and your team for the attentions and greetings for Christmas and birthday. These are not "regular" gestures, this is really special. Whenever they come (as well as in between), I'm glad and grateful that I had - infected by the advertisement in the "Hamburger Abendblatt" – decided to take the treatment at your clinic.

… I would scarcely have believed at my age that medical treatment could have had such a major effect as have my new implants …

… As a businesswoman I was careful to make inquiries; today I can only say that the long journey was well worth the investment, because I have been fortunate to realise that there is a very great difference between various types of dental medicine – just as there is in other sectors of our lives. It is not a question of the distance one needs to travel, but of the service and treatment provided by dental surgeons. The combination of various phases of treatment together with strict adherence to appointments, the lack of pain resulting from treatment under general anaesthetic, and the measures undertaken to ensure long-term durability of the dental replacements have fully convinced me that I made the correct decision in consulting a specialist. The only regrettable fact is that it is practically only a coincidence if a patient is able to find such an excellent offer of treatment in the sector of dental medicine. I wonder why more information is not made available by government authorities or by the General Medical Council concerning the treatment offered by dentists and by doctors in general, because that would be a real service to patients. I at least have been very well looked after …
… It was worth every penny; the cost-benefit ratio at your clinic is extremely reasonable and fair. And in view of your dental concept of implementing measures by operation and the quality of the implants used, I have come to realise that such measures as those performed on me can really only be carried out by specialists …

… I never would have believed that the periodontitis from which I have been suffering for 10 to 12 years with inflamed gums, bad breath and bleeding when chewing could really have been treated. Today, I am happy not only to be able to chew without any pain but also that my teeth have a perfect aesthetic appearance …

… Perhaps this convinced me most as a man – the fact that phases of treatment here could be combined to allow me to undergo treatment en bloc without wasting any time; and the best of all was that I did not feel anything, because it was all conducted under general anaesthetic. As a man, I can only recommend to others that dental treatment loses its horror in such cases, and for businessmen there is no longer the problem of long appointments in cases of a systematic approach such as that provided in the Centre for Aesthetic Dental Medicine …

 … Even if it is more usual for comments to be received by dissatisfied clients and patients – this letter is meant as an expression of my genuine satisfaction with the treatment by implants which you performed in my case. The only thing that annoys me in view of the many benefits of such treatment is the fact that I did not have the treatment done much earlier … In my case, it was not only the unsightly discoloration but also the nasty gaps and uneven displacement of two teeth. Today everyone tells me that my smile is just as radiant as far as my teeth are concerned, as is the overall happy expression I have on my face. I at least am delighted to have had such treatment done. The investment was well worth it …
