For a long time the Centre for Dental Aesthetics is standing up for
environment and climate protection. The electric power of all our locations in Germany is using modern
climate-friendly technologies from renewable sources (water and
biomass). The electricity provider is certified by TÜV Nord as one of
the first companies in the power-ok-label (certified by Green Power
Energy Vision eV, driven by eco-Institut eV, environmental foundation
WWF Germany and Consumer Central NRW eV) of the Eco-Institute, WWF and
the Consumer Centre North Rhine Westphalia.This label is a distinction to all those energy providers, who will fulfill the highest standards of environmental and consumer-friendly requirements. Beyond this the provider will stand for furtherance in the third world and also he invests in environmental and climate protection. Even small steps can move so much! That is the reason why the Centres for Dental Aesthetics in so many different places have done something for environmental protection: For example, this obviously includes the austerity use of paper by avoiding unnecessary printing and copying operations, the economical use of electricity and heating, the installation of low-power computers and monitors, waste avoidance, consequent waste separation (recycling) and finally the use of environmentally friendly cleaning products. Wasting the energy is an enormous environment burden. So it is part of the ZfZ philosophy to handle these valuable resources very careful and with responsibility to go ahead with the environment protection.
