allowed for a comprehensive and informative initial consultation. This
consultation also includes an extensive diagnostic examination in order
to be able to plan ahead and compile your own individual investment
schedule. The aim is for the patient to leave the clinic with a good and
relaxed impression, sure in the belief that he or she is in good hands
and that everything will be done to take care of a patient's well-being.
When you arrive at the clinic, the assistant at reception will immediately welcome you and answer any initial questions you may have of a general nature. You will then get to know the head of the team of dental surgeons. Together with his assistant, he will take time during this initial consultation to obtain a full impression of your dental situation and of what improvements you would like to make. This will then be followed by an extensive examination. The condition of your teeth themselves, the gums, the roots of the teeth and the bony tissue will all be recorded and any possible oral infection or disease determined. You will then be served with liquid refreshments while you can view a short, informative video film about the clinics and the concept on which they are based. During this time, the dental surgeon will evaluate the results of the examination. Based on these findings, a possible course of treatment with alternative proposals will then be discussed and planned. You will thus be fully informed on the course of treatment, on its advantages and disadvantages and on any possible risks involved. The further procedure will then be discussed with you once more at length. Once this initial consultation is complete, you will receive a detailed and binding investment plan without delay. Of course, the clinics are always willing to answer any questions or allay any fears you may have. The entire team has your well-being at heart.
